Rep. Stephen Webber has filed a bill that would direct the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations to write a “best practices” guide addressing four subjects: defining gender pay equity, explaining why it occurs, lay out the benefits of equity, and detail the ways to achieve pay equity.
