Brian Nieves: Constitutional Scholar

Nieves has filed a constitutional amendment which prohibits Missouri from recognizing or enforcing certain federal laws and constitutional rights he doesn't like. I'm not sure how long it's been since Nieves was in a Government 101 class, but you can't nullify federal law just because you don't like it.

Speaker Tim Jones Pushing Death Panel Conspiracy

Speaker Tim Jones is no stranger to controversy and pushing debunked conspiracy theories. For years he's pushed stories from high profile birthers like Orly Taitz and Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio, even going so far as to join Taitz's lawsuit challenging President Obama's birth certificate.
