McCaskill: Pass MONA Already

While same-sex couples can now get married in the state of the Missouri, they can still get fired for being who they are.

Senator Claire McCaskill recently reiterated this "anomaly" to The Daily Star Journal.

[It]’s outrageous and I hope the Missouri legislature gets busy changing that. It’s an anomaly in Missouri that you can get married if you love someone that is the same gender you are but you can get fired for it.”

Tell your legislators it's time for the Missouri Nondiscrimination Act (MONA), a bipartisan bill to add sexual orientation and gender identity to the existing Missouri Human Rights Statute, to be passed.

You Can STILL Be Fired for Being LGBT in Missouri. It's Time to Fix That.
