Francis Slay and Sly James, Mayors of St. Louis and Kansas City repectively, are fighting for the working Missouri families they represent.
Mary Ellen Ponder, Slay’s chief of staff said, “Mayor Slay is committed to raising the issue with the Board of Aldermen this summer. He believes, and he thinks most residents agree, that a higher minimum wage would be a good thing.”
The Progress Missouri team worked hard this session to hold politicians accountable, call out extremism, and amplify Missouri heroes’ commitment to improving our state. Here’s a sampling of extremism we’ve exposed and work we’ve accomplished so far this year.
